Porsha Williams is engaged to Simon Guobadia after one month of dating. That's not the jaw-dropping moment, though. Simon is RHOA costar Falynn Guobadia's estranged husband. While you're still wrapping your mind around that love triangle, you're probably wanting to know more about Simon.

Simon is a successful entrepreneur.
He has worked in the entertainment industry and has additional personal business ventures. Currently, he's the founder and CEO for SIMCOL Group, according to his LinkedIn profile. Simon has grown the company into a major player in the fuel supply sector of the Southeast.
Simon is also CEO for the freight shipping company KLC Petroleum. Plus, he has executive producer credits for multiple movies including Kill, Son of the South, and Jail Dogs, per IMDb.
Simon is also a business associate and friend of Porsha's ex-fiancé, Dennis McKinley, who's also an entrepreneur. They celebrated Mother's Day together with Porsha.
Simon's worth tens of millions.
His net worth is estimated at a not-too-shabby $40 million, per multiple sources. But, he doesn't just spend it on a lavish lifestyle, he's a passionate philanthropist. He supports Atlanta's faith organizations and groups that help advance Black youth, per The Atlantan. "As a first-generation entrepreneur who has faced challenges of my own and has conquered them, it is important for me to lend my time and resources to help others see beyond the limits of their own circ*mstances," he told the publication. "I give back so that Black excellence will be the rule and not the exception."
Simon is a father.
Quentin, Nicole, Benjamin, Christian, Ximena, and Liam all call him dad. "Simon enjoys philanthropic work, golfing and traveling with his wife and six children," according to his Simcol Group bio. But, a recent Atlantan profile says he actually has eight children.
His Instagram account reveals a few of those family travels over the years. (Yes, there is a private jet involved.)
And, he shares his golfing hobby, too.
Simon is still technically married to Falynn.
It's only been a month since they announced the split. Falynn shared the news that their marriage of two years was ending, per People. She posted an Instagram Story on April 22 and wrote:
"After two years of marriage and 5 years of friendship, Simon and I have made the difficult decision to go our separate ways. We are deeply thankful for the impact we have made in each other's lives, as well as the bonds formed with each other's children. This mutual decision was not made lightly, and despite our current willingness to be transparent, we only ask our friends and supporters to be respectful of our privacy as our family gets through this very difficult period."
But, Porsha wrote on her Instagram post, "For all of you that need facts, I get the optics but Simon filed for divorce from a previous marriage in January."
"I had nothing to do with their divorce filing. That's between the two of them," she continued. "Falynn and I are not friends, and Simon's divorce has been settled. Our relationship is a positive, loving step forward in everybody's lives."
Porsha is "crazy in love" with Simon.
Porsha shared all the feels in her Instagram post. She wrote: "Our relationship began a month ago—yes we are crazy in love. I know it’s fast but we are living life each day to its fullest... He makes me so happy and to me, that is what matters most."
And, the feeling is mutual.
Simon wrote in an Instagram tribute to Porsha: "Did not expect to be blessed with a mate so soon. The interesting thing about life is that it is an individual journey. Porsha and I, with the support of our loved ones have chosen to travel together as one and spread love and positivity to our community which is in desperate need of positive and healthy images of the best versions of ourselves. We travel this road not lightly considering we have being in relationships that have thought us to want and do better for ourselves. I asked her to marry me because we checked ALL of each other’s boxes, and then some. We have done the individual work to sustain a healthy relationship, and I stand next to her, proud that we found each other."
