Bedroom with adjoining room and private bath (2024)

Hello,

I'm looking for someone to take over my lease, starting October 1, 2024 and ending July 31, 2025. The space you would be coming into is a lovely bedroom on the third floor of a multi-unit home with an adjoining room that can be used as an office, guest room, lounge, second bedroom or large storage space.

Rooms have high ceilings and nice natural light. There are two other housemates with rooms on the first and second floors who share a bathroom on the second floor. You would be the only tenant on the third floor, with access to your own private bathroom (also on the third floor). Housemates are professional therapists in their mid to late 20s. One does have a pet allergy, so no cats or dogs could be accommodated.

Intending to rent this unit unfurnished, but open to selling furniture if interested.
